As the architect of our 2026 Vision Initiative, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead scenario-planning workshops, and develop predictive models that transform uncertainty into opportunity. Your insights will directly influence multi-billion dollar investments in emerging technologies, sustainability frameworks, and human augmentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 Vision roadmaps for enterprise clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future states
- Produce predictive intelligence reports using proprietary foresight methodologies and trend analysis
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite audiences at global industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic labs and government innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic vision frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, neurotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging C-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ published strategic foresight documents for Fortune 500 clients
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
