Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technology disruptions (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Produce actionable whitepapers on societal implications of 2026 technological adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Curate and analyze global trend data from proprietary Horizon Intelligence Platform
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through industry publications
- Design resilience roadmaps for supply chains and workforce evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or policy planning
- Proven expertise in technology convergence forecasting and ethical impact assessment
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Strong quantitative skills with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
- Deep understanding of biotech, AI governance, and climate resilience ecosystems
