Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies impacting 2026 global markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partners
- Translate complex future trends into patentable innovation pipelines
- Author white papers on ethical AI adoption and human-machine symbiosis
- Represent Nexus at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of C-suite advisory in Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Cognitive Science
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or Nature Futures
- Deep expertise in biotech convergence and quantum computing applications
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Security clearance or experience with DARPA/NASA projects
