Responsibilities
- Architect strategic 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ innovation budgets
- Publish quarterly trend analyses and policy recommendations for Fortune 100 clients
- Design immersive foresight workshops for C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor 5+ futurists while developing proprietary predictive modeling frameworks
- Secure $5M+ in R&D grants through partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Represent company at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies Review)
- Deep technical fluency in AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Security clearance or ability to obtain for government collaboration projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ validated predictions with >85% accuracy
