Responsibilities
- Develop integrated 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience, neurotech integration, and quantum-secure ecosystems
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for exponential technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Deliver executive briefings translating complex futures into boardroom-ready strategic imperatives
- Establish Nexus as a thought leader through white papers, keynote talks, and industry consortium leadership
- Mentor futurist apprentices in foresight methodologies and strategic foresight toolkits
- Quantify future ROI through probabilistic forecasting and Monte Carlo simulations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proven track record translating futures into commercialized products or policy frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech exponential trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Flourish, D3.js)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Experience scaling foresight functions in Fortune 500 environments
