Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, biotech, and AI governance
- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
