Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, scientific breakthroughs, and sociocultural shifts to forecast 2026's digital ecosystem
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adoption of emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align C-suite vision with R&D roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on future technology paradigms
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for strategic partnerships
- Quantify ROI projections for futuristic technology implementations
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, bio-computing, AGI, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational impact from future-oriented initiatives
