Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future capabilities
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technological trajectories
- Design ethical innovation frameworks for responsible tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and scenario planning
- Published research or proven track record in emerging tech trend analysis
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technological transformation
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for emerging tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
