Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, keynote speeches, and industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
