Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futurist insights into product roadmaps and business objectives
- Author quarterly 'Future Horizon' reports for C-suite executives and Fortune 500 clients
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other innovation ecosystems
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies for exponential technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and scenario planning techniques
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into revenue-generating strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term strategic positioning
