- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for executive board on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Architect human-centered design principles for next-gen interfaces and experiences
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026-era transformations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions in controlled innovation labs
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable tech adoption, and behavioral economics

- Experience with scenario planning and war-gaming methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-state implementations
