Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future scenarios into corporate strategy
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with startups, academia, and industry leaders
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment
- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
