You'll drive cross-functional initiatives that position FutureWorks as the industry's thought leader while delivering measurable ROI through strategic tech adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on strategic tech adoption priorities
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs to measure technology innovation ROI and competitive advantage
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Mentor junior futurists and lead innovation sprints
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published research or patents in relevant tech domains
