Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight framework for key industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech opportunities against business goals
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions using quantum and AI tools
- Represent the company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior strategists while building an internal innovation pipeline
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of implementing tech-driven business transformations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or neurotech
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning skills with Python/SQL
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech conferences (e.g., Web Summit, CES)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prediction of market-shifting technologies
- Security clearance eligibility for government partnership projects
