Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions across industries
- Develop and maintain the company's 5-year technology innovation roadmap
- Architect strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor a cross-functional team of futurists and technical strategists

- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
