Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant security protocols for decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on biotech-quantum convergence
- Design human-machine interfaces for post-2026 industrial automation
- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals task force on tech ethics
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-positive blockchain infrastructure
- Mentor fellows in futurist methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Emerging Tech with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technology paradigms
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Track record of scaling quantum-resistant systems to enterprise level
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with climate-positive tech development (net-zero tech stack)
- Ability to secure $5M+ in research funding for experimental initiatives
