Responsibilities

- Architect adaptive AI systems with ethical governance frameworks and bias mitigation protocols
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy predictive analytics platforms for climate resilience and smart infrastructure
- Drive cross-disciplinary R&D in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology applications
- Lead patent development for breakthrough technologies in decentralized identity and autonomous systems
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future-Forward Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in generative AI, post-quantum cryptography, and edge computing architectures
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 journals on future-tech topics
- Experience scaling tech startups from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Certified in ISO 21400 Tech Ethics and IEEE Ethically Aligned Design frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating deployed systems impacting >1M users in futuristic domains
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
