Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and neurotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen interfaces and immersive experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish ethical frameworks for advanced AI and autonomous systems
- Partner with academic institutions on long-term research initiatives
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, brain-computer interfaces, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Strong background in technology forecasting methodologies
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
