Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 5-10 year impact potential
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech sectors
- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles
- Maintain partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in futures forecasting or strategic foresight preferred
