Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on AI, biotech, and quantum convergence
- Author whitepapers on sociotechnical impacts of neural interfaces and AGI deployment
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Establish ethical governance protocols for autonomous decision systems
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists through our FutureVision apprenticeship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Cognitive Science
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research on human-AI symbiosis or exponential technology forecasting
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner, or custom ML models)
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Complex Adaptive Systems
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation from concept to market
