Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of forecasting tech adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful commercialized innovations
