- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in immersive environments
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological readiness and competitive positioning
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI, spatial computing)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (e.g., peer-reviewed journals)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
