- Develop scenario-based forecasts for 2026-2030 technological adoption patterns
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning InnovateTech as a futurist authority
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
