Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable Generative AI models and LLMs using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimization: Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific domain applications to improve accuracy and reduce latency.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready software.
- Ethics & Compliance: Implement responsible AI practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and safety in AI outputs.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning, with a focus on NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI API.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
