Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Generative AI models (GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion) tailored for 2026 requirements.
- Lead the architecture of our next-generation inference pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput.
- Collaborate with product teams to define feature sets that align with future market trends.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference costs through quantization and pruning techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with fine-tuning LLMs and deploying them in production environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
