Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological milestones and deliverables for the next three years.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Energy, to forecast future disruptions.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee experimental projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product managers to align innovation strategies with business goals.
- Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with tech startups, universities, and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic roadmaps.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and advanced software architecture.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
