Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in WMS and ERP systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment and reorder point management
- Generate monthly inventory valuation reports and variance analysis
- Implement FIFO protocols and oversee warehouse organization standards
- Train junior staff on inventory control procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehousing/distribution
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
