Responsibilities
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO protocols to minimize waste
- Coordinate with procurement teams to optimize reorder points
- Generate weekly inventory reports for executive review
- Maintain digital and physical inventory records with zero tolerance for errors
- Train junior staff on inventory best practices
- Collaborate with warehouse team during peak seasons
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in distribution centers
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Expert knowledge of inventory control methodologies
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus
