Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using RF scanning systems
- Maintain accurate digital records in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle)
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient stock transfers and replenishment
- Generate monthly inventory reports with variance analysis for leadership
- Implement FIFO protocols and manage expiration tracking for perishable goods
- Collaborate with procurement on stock optimization strategies
- Audit inbound/outbound shipments for documentation accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehouse or retail settings
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
