Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies within 24 hours
- Operate RF scanning systems and maintain real-time inventory data in SAP WMS
- Coordinate with 3PL partners for inbound/outbound shipment accuracy
- Generate monthly inventory variance reports and recommend process improvements
- Train junior staff on inventory control procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with procurement team on stock rotation and FIFO execution
- Audit warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization and accessibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in high-volume warehouses
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field required
- Proven track record of achieving 99.5%+ inventory accuracy
