Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory processes with 99.8% accuracy targets
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams on stock allocation
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
- Train junior staff on inventory protocols and system usage
- Generate monthly inventory reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience with barcode scanning technology (Zebra, Honeywell)
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
