Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments with barcode scanning and documentation accuracy
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking in Oracle ERP system
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment protocols
- Generate monthly inventory valuation reports for financial compliance
- Implement FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation systems
- Train junior staff on inventory control procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
