Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and models that power our core products.
- Pioneering Research: Stay at the bleeding edge of AI research, evaluating and integrating new methodologies for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in high-volume production environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Data Strategy: Implement robust data governance and security protocols to ensure the integrity of our training data.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and high-availability solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver results under tight deadlines.
