Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated warehouse systems
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Coordinate loading/unloading of high-value shipments
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Optimize material flow using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet tight delivery schedules
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
