Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and organize inventory using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems and cycle count processes
- Inspect materials for damage and quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company SOPs
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
- Support outbound shipments and receiving operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience with hazardous materials handling a plus
