Responsibilities
- Execute high-precision inventory management and tracking systems
- Operate advanced warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts, AS/RS systems)
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with production and distribution teams
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize material flow efficiency
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Lead safety protocols and training initiatives for new handlers
- Generate real-time operational reports using WMS platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification and hazardous materials training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with inventory management experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate in fast-paced environments
- Experience with JIT and Kanban inventory systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
