Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using WMS systems to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated conveyor systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock operations
- Implement lean principles to optimize material flow and reduce waste
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and reporting protocols
- Support sustainability initiatives through proper recycling and waste reduction
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with ISO 14001 standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in warehouse/material handling with OSHA certification
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Valid forklift certification (electric/pneumatic)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
