Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient material flow
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Document activities using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/material handling experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license required
