Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation of material movements and inventory counts
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of material handling experience in a warehouse setting
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong mathematical skills and inventory management expertise
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
