Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified precision
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics operations including receiving, staging, and shipping
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain strict safety protocols and compliance with all regulatory standards
- Lead training initiatives for junior material handling staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
