- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, reach trucks) with OSHA certification
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak seasons and special projects
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of all material movements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume material handling environments
- OSHA Forklift Certification and valid driver's license
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Experience leading teams or mentoring new hires
