Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems with precision
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS software
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with shipping/receiving teams
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of material handling experience in high-volume warehouses
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with WMS/RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
