Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems to transport high-value materials
- Implement lean inventory management protocols to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and reduce downtime
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Train junior staff on safety procedures and material handling best practices

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional material handling experience in regulated environments
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with advanced equipment operation skills
