Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment with OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements for seamless loading/unloading
- Implement lean principles to optimize storage and material flow
- Maintain strict quality control documentation and safety protocols
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve warehouse KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
