Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts using handheld RF scanners.
- Package and label items according to shipping guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining equipment functionality and reporting any maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or in logistics (1+ years preferred).
- Certified forklift operation (required) or willingness to obtain certification.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
