Your Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, with precision and safety.
- Execute daily inventory management tasks, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently, verifying quantities against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Utilize RF scanning technology to track inventory movement and update the warehouse management system in real-time.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve any material discrepancies immediately.

Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Proven experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
