Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials by hand or using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas to ensure maximum safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling.
- Valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
