Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume or premium packing environments
- Proficient in operating packing machinery (stretch wrappers, labelers, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy records
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Background check and drug screening required
