Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems
- Maintain organized inventory storage zones and cycle count records
- Collaborate with shipping team to ensure timely dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Train junior packers on efficient packing techniques
- Report equipment malfunctions and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/packing experience
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
