Responsibilities
- Accurately package and label high-value merchandise with meticulous attention to detail
- Operate automated packaging systems and quality control scanners
- Manage inventory levels and report discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain clean and organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow
- Train junior packers on company protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume order fulfillment
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license required
